Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of the Petitioners not appeared or by an advocate, and of MR.K.ANBARASAN, Government Advocate(Crl.Side) on behalf of the Respondent the court made the following order:- The Petitioner filed this petition for relaxing the condition imposed by this Court for the offences punishable under Section 294 (b), 323, 324, 506(ii) of IPC and Section 4 of Tamilnadu Prohibition of Harassment of Women Act in Crime No.823 of 2017, while granting anticipatory bail.

2.Heard the learned Counsel appearing for the petitioner. 3.The learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) appearing for the respondent Police submitted that the petitioner is not regularly complying with the conditions imposed by this Court. 4.Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and also considering the submission made by the learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side), I am not inclined to relax the condition imposed this Court in Crl.O.P.(MD)No.14401 of 2017 dated 26.10.2017. Accordingly, this petition is dismissed.
