ORDER
The Civil Revision Petition is directed against the order passed in I.A.No.943 of 2017 in O.S.No.139 of 2017, dated 21.12.2017 on the file of the learned District Munsif, Thirupathur, Sivagangai District.
2. When the matter is taken up for hearing today (i.e.,08.03.2024), the learned counsel for the revision petitioners would submit that the suit in O.S.No.139 of 2017, after full trial, was disposed of vide judgment dated 30.10.2019 and as such, nothing survives for further adjudication in this Civil Revision Petition.
3. Recording the submission made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, the Civil Revision Petition is dismissed as infructuous. No costs.
