Respondents Prayer: Writ petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, to issue a Writ of Mandamus, to direct the second respondent to prosecute the fourth and fifth respondents for violating the Tamil Nadu Schools (Registration & Collection of Fee) Act, 2009, for collecting excess fees over the fees fixed to the fifth respondent, not refunding the said amount after demanding it by the petitioner by considering the petitioner's representation dated 18.11.2019 and consequently, direct the fifth respondent to refund the amount of Rs.96,500/- paid by the petitioner within the time fixed by this Court.
