: Respondents Prayer: Criminal Original Petition is filed under Section 482 of Cr.P.C., praying to direct the respondents to give necessary police protection for conducting the temple festival scheduled to be held on 20.09.2015 in respect of Sri Muthumariyammal, Madurai Veeran, Konkani karuppu Temple situated at Pillapalayam, Musiri Taluk,Trichy District on the basis of the Petitioner's representation dated 7.9.2015. The petitioner has come forward with this petition seeking a direction to the respondents to give necessary police protection for conducting the temple festival scheduled to be held on 20.09.2015 in respect of Sri Muthumariyammal, Madurai Veeran, Konkani karuppu Temple situated at Pillapalayam, Musiri Taluk,Trichy District on the basis of the Petitioner's representation dated 7.9.2015. 2.Heard both sides.

3.The Petitioner has filed this Petition stating that there was a Peace Committee Meeting and both parties have participated in the said meeting and a decision is taken to conduct the festival and that the Government ought to have form a road for conducting the function on that date. Hence he wants a direction to consider his representation within the time frame fixed by this Court.

instructions would submit that the Petitioner's representation is under process before the competent authority.

5.Considering the rival submissions of both sides, the respondents 1 and 2 herein are directed to consider the representation given by the petitioner, dated 07.09.2015 and pass appropriate orders on merits and in accordance with law, within a period of three days from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

6. The Criminal Original Petition is disposed of with the above direction.
