2.The learned Standing Counsel appearing for the respondent submits that as against the order passed in WP.(MD)No.14877 of 2022 dated 21.11.2025, a writ appeal has been filed, however, with a delay and the delay has also been condoned and the appeal is yet to be listed before the Division Bench.

3.Since the respondent has filed writ appeal as against the order passed in WP.(MD)No.14877 of 2022 dated 21.11.2025, this Contempt Petition is closed.
