Prayer : Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying this Court to issue a Writ of Mandamus, to direct the first respondent to dispose the appeal filed before the first respondent dated 11.02.2021 for enhancement of award amount for the lands acquired by the above respondents situated in S.No.641/2B (2542 Sq.m) situated at Sethoor Village, Natham Taluk, Dindigul District for the Natham to Thuvarangurichi four ways project within a time frame as stipulated by this Court.

ORDER
The Writ Petition has been filed in the nature of Mandamus seeking a direction particularly to the first respondent / the District Collector, Dindigul District, to dispose of an appeal filed, seeking enhancement of award with respect to the lands acquired in Survey No.641/2B measuring 2542 square meters at Sethoor Village, Natham Taluk, Dindigul District for the formation of Natham to Thuvarangurichi four way road project.
2. Mr.N.Satheesh Kumar, learned Additional Government Pleader, takes notice for respondents 1, 2, 3 and 5. Mr.Su.Srinivasan, learned Standing Counsel, takes notice for the fourth respondent.
3. The learned Additional Government Pleader stated that the first respondent had taken the appeal of the petitioner under consideration.
4. Let the matter proceed in manner known to law and however, final orders may be passed on or before 31.05.2022.
5. With the said observations, this Writ Petition is disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs.
