: Respondent PRAYER: Contempt Petition filed under Section 11 of Contempt of Courts Act, 1971, to punish the respondent for the willful and deliberate disobedience to the orders of this Court made in W.P.(MD) No.14337 of 2020, dated 14.10.2020.

Prayer in WP(MD). 14337 of 2020 :

Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying this Court S-12. To issue a Writ of Mandamus for a direction, directing the respondents to conclude the disciplinary proceedings initiated against the petitioner in pursuance to the Government Order in G.O.(D) no.110 Agriculture (AA2) department dt 31.5.2019 issued by the respondent no. 1 and disburse the retirement benefits to the petitioner within the time period stipulated by this Court.

ORDER

Alleging non-compliance of the orders of this Court in W.P.(MD) No.14337 of 2020, dated 14.10.2020, the petitioner has filed this contempt petition.

Cont.P(MD)No.205 of 2021 2.Today, when the matter is taken up for hearing, learned Special Government Pleader submitted that the respondent was directed to conclude the proceedings. The respondent accordingly concluded his enquiry and has also submitted his report on 25.01.2021, as such, the orders of this Court has been complied with.

3.In view of the aforesaid submission, this contempt petition stands closed.
