ORDER

This criminal original petition has been filed seeking to quash the FIR in Crime No.359 of 2022, on the fie of the first respondent Police. 2.When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) would submit that in this case, after completion of investigation, the first respondent police had filed a charge sheet before the learned Judicial Magistrate, Periyakulam and the same was taken on file as S.T.C.No.772 of 2022.

3.Recording the said submission, this criminal original petition is disposed of. The petitioner is at liberty to challenge the charge sheet, if so advised.
