ORDER

This Writ Petition has been filed seeking issuance of a Writ of Mandamus directing respondents 1 and 3 to take appropriate action against the petitioner's husband and his family members based on the pending CSR No.689 of 2025 on the file of the third respondent police.

2. The learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) would submit that the third respondent has referred the matter to the second respondent and that the same is pending before the Social Welfare Officer. Therefore, the Social Welfare Officer is directed to conduct an enquiry and complete the same within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. Thereafter, if any cognizable offence is made out, the third respondent is directed to proceed further in 2/4

accordance with law.
