ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed, invoking Section 482 Cr.P.C., seeking orders to direct the respondent police to file a final report before the learned Judicial Magistrate, Paramakudi in Crime No. 253 of 2022 pending on the file of the respondent police.

2. When the matter is taken up for hearing today, the learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) appearing for the respondents would submit that on the basis of the complaint given by the petitioner, FIR came to be registered in Crime No.253 of 2022 dated 22.11.2022 and that the second respondent has already completed investigation and charge sheet is ready.

3. Recording the submission made by the learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side), the second respondent is directed to file a final report within a period of ten days from the date of receipt of a copy of this order before the jurisdictional Court. 2/4

4. With the above direction, this Criminal Original Petition stands disposed of.
