ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed, invoking Section 482 Cr.P.C., seeking orders, to direct the first respondent to instruct the second respondent not to harass the petitioner and his family members on the basis of the petitioner's representation, dated 21.01.2023.

2. In pursuance of the directions of this Court, the Assistant Commissioner, Tirunelveli, is present before this Court.

3. The learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) appearing for the State would submit that the second respondent has issued summons, dated 13.01.2023, directing the petitioner to appear on 18.01.2023 for enquiry. He would further submit that since there existed civil dispute, they have instructed the respondent Police, to close the matter.

4. Recording the submission made by the learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side), this Criminal Original Petition stands disposed of.
