ORDER : The Court made the following order :- The petitioner, who apprehends arrest at the hands of the respondents police for the alleged offences punishable under Sections 66 (C) and 66(D) of the Information Technology Act, 2000 and Sections 419 and 420 of IPC in Crime No.0149 OF 2024, seeks anticipatory bail.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that false complaint has been given against the petitioner and he has nothing to do with the alleged offence. He further submitted that Interstate Anticipatory bail may be granted to him to enable him to move the appropriate jurisdictional court in Karnataka for necessary relief.

3. Taking into consideration the facts and circumstances of the case, this Court 2/4

is inclined to grant inter-state interim anticipatory bail to the petitioner for a period of three weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order to enable him to move the concerned Court.

4. Accordingly, interim interstate anticipatory bail is granted to the petitioner for a period of three weeks, on condition that the petitioner shall surrender before the learned Judicial Magistrate No.I, Pudukkottai, within a period of fifteen days from the date on which the order copy made ready and the petitioner shall execute a bond for a sum of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees ten thousand only) with two sureties each for a like sum to the satisfaction of the said learned Magistrate.
