ORDER

This civil revision petition has been filed by the revision petitioner, seeking a direction to the learned Principal Subordinate Judge, Trichy, to dispose of HMOP.No.51 of 2017, within a stipulated period.

2. The revision petitioner, who is the wife, has filed HMOP. No.51 of 2017, on the file of Principal Sub Court, Trichy, against the respondent, husband, for divorce, on the ground of dowry and non fulfillment of their matrimonial life. The respondent, husband filed counter statement on 30.11.2017 and thereafter, the said HMOP is pending without any progress. In the circumstances, the petitioner has come out with the present revision.

Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner. Though the notice was served none appeared for the respondent.

Considering the limited relief sought for by the revision petitioner, without going into the merits and demerits of the allegation raised by the revision petitioner, this civil revision petition is disposed of with the following directions: https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ "The learned Principal Subordinate Judge,

Trichy, is directed to dispose of HMOP.No.51 of 2017, pending on his file, as early as possible, preferably within a period of three months from the date of receipt of copy of this order. Both the parties are directed to give their fullest cooperation."
