Order : This criminal miscellaneous petition coming up for orders on this day, upon perusing the petition filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.DHILIPANPANDIAN.R.L, Advocate for the petitioner and of Mr.P.KOTTAICHAMY, Government Advocate (Crl. side) on behalf of the Respondent, the court made the following order:- This petition is filed to extend the time granted in Crl.MP(MD)No.15176 of 2023 in Crl.O.P(MD)No.14262 of 2023 dated 01.11.2023. 1/3

2. The learned counsel for the petitioner seeks time to comply the condition imposed upon the petitioner, since he is unable to execute sureties with in the stipulated time as per the order, dated 01.11.2023.

3. In view of the submissions made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, time granted by this Court, vide order dated dated 01.11.2023, is extended finally for a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of copy of this order, failing which, the anticipatory bail already granted to the petitioner shall stand automatically vacated.
