O R D E R

The petitioner has come forward with this petition seeking for a direction, directing the second respondent to register a FIR based on the complaint given by the petitioner dated 01.08.2015.

2. The learned Government Advocate(Crl. Side), on instructions, would submit that based on the complaint given by the petitioner dated 01.08.2015, a case in Crime No.304 of 2015 was registered by the Town South Police Station, Tanjavur, or the offences punishable under Sections 147, 148, 294(b), 341, 323, 506(ii) of Indian Penal Code r/w 3(1)(x) of SC/ST Act.

3. In view of the above stated position, the respondent is directed to investigate the case in Crime No.304 of 2015 and file a final report in accordance with law, as expeditiously as possible.

4. This Criminal Original Petition is disposed of with the above direction.
