ORDER

This Civil Revision Petition has been filed seeking a direction to expedite and complete the proceedings in H.M.O.P.No.95 of 2024 pending on the file of the learned Family Court, Dindigul within a time stipulated by this Court.

2. According to the revision petitioner, the marriage between the petitioner and respondent was solemnized on 11.02.2022 at Trichy by following Hindu Rites and Customs. In the meantime, the respondent suspected the petitioner without any valid reason and the respondent gave a false complaint before the All Women Police Station, Dindigul against the petitioner. Further, the respondent has filed a petition in D.V.O.P.No.70 of 2022. Thereafter, she had filed H.M.O.P.No.424 of 2022 for restitution of conjugal rights. Subsequently, the petitioner filed H.M.O.P.No.95 of 2024 for divorce. The respondent also filed H.M.O.P.No.94 of 2024 seeking a relief of restitution of conjugal rights in order to protract the matter. Since the petitioner is working in Chennai and facing many difficulties, he filed the present revision petition. 2/5

3. Heard the learned counsel appearing for petitioner. Since the revision is filed for seeking early disposal, no notice is necessary to the respondent.

4. Having been taken into consideration of the material facts and circumstances, this Court is of the view that in the interest of justice, a direction may be issued to the learned Family Court, Dindigul, to expedite and complete the proceedings as expeditiously as possible.

5. Accordingly, this Civil Revision Petition stands disposed of with a direction to the learned Family Court, Dindigul to expedite and complete the proceedings in H.M.O.P.No.95 of 2024 pending on his file, within a period of six (6) months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order on merits and in accordance with law. There shall be no order as to costs.
