The respondents were directed to consider the online application on the merits and pass final orders. In order to obey the order, the respondents have considered the online application and passed an order dated 20.02.2026 wherein it is stated that there is a civil dispute between the parties. Therefore, after disposal of the civil suit, the application to survey the land will be taken up. This Court is accepting the order, dated 20.02.2026.
