The C.R.P.(MD)Nos.171 to 174 of 2018 are filed for issuing a direction to the Trial Court to number the petition in E.A.Sr.No.500 to 502 and 225 of 2017 respectively in E.P.No.32 of 2016 in RCOP.No.7 of 2013, on the file of the Rent Controller (Principal District Munsif Court), Thirunelveli. The C.R.P.(MD)No.754 of 2018 is filed to set aside the order passed in E.P.No. 32 of 2016 in RCOP.No. 7 of 2013, dated 24.01.2018 on the file of the learned Rent Controller (Principal District Munsif), Thirunelveli.

2. When the matters are taken up for hearing, the learned counsel appearing for both sides submitted that the petitioner is agreed to vacate and hand over the possession to the respondent on https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

or before 30.05.2018 and the respondent also agreed to waive the claim of rental arrears for the past and future. The petitioner has also filed an undertaking affidavit before this Court. The learned counsel appearing for the respondent submitted that the respondent has no objection for the same.

3. Recording the said submission, these Civil Revision Petitions are closed. The undertaking affidavit filed by the petitioner shall form part of this order. No costs. Consequently, the connected Miscellaneous Petitions are closed. Encl.: Xerox copy of Undertaking Affidavit.
