ORDER

The present petition is filed to direct the third respondent to execute the non bailable warrant issued by the Judicial Magistrate, Oddanchatram in C.C.No.26 of 2017 on 27.07.2018.

2. Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate(Crl. Side) appearing for the State and also perused the materials available on record.

3. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the third respondent submitted that the warrant would be executed within a period of two weeks.

4. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, the respondents are directed to execute the warrant against the accused

issued by the learned Judicial Magistrate, Oddanchatram on 27.07.2018 with regard to the case in C.C.No.26 of 2017 within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

5. With the above direction, this criminal original petition is disposed of.
