ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- The petitioner, who is the accused in Crime No.104 of 2015 for the offences punishable under Sections 430 IPC @ 430 and 307 IPC on the file of the respondent Police, was arrested and remanded to judicial custody on 23.08.2015. He seeks bail.
2.According to the prosecution, the petitioner and the daughter of the de facto complainant had fallen in love with each other. Since the relationship between them is brother and sister, the defacto complainant objected and therefore, the de facto complainant arranged marriage of her daughter with some other person. So, at that time of the marriage of the de facto complainant's daughter, the petitioner / accused added pesticides in the meals and drinking water.
3.The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner is an innocent person and he has been falsely implicated in this case.
4.The learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) appearing for the respondent submitted that the injured had been discharged from the hospital.
5.Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, this Court is inclined to grant bail to the petitioner with certain conditions. Accordingly, the petitioner is ordered to be released on bail on executing a bond for a sum of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand only) with https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
