This petition has been filed to transfer the investigation of the case in Cr.No.268/2015 on the file of the 2nd respondent to any other competent investigating agency more fully the Inspector of police CBCID or any other agency as this Honourable Court. 2.The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) submitted that investigation completed and charge sheet has been filed before the concenred Judicial Magistrate on 30.11.2017 and the same has been taken on file.

3.Therefore, the prayer sought for in this petition becomes infructuous. Accordingly, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed.
