O R D E R

Heard the learned counsel appearing for the writ petitioner and the learned Special Government Pleader appearing for the first respondent and the learned Standing counsel appearing for the Municipality.

2. The Commissioner, Ambasamudram Municipality had issued notice dated 30.03.2023 calling upon the private respondents herein to remove the grill gates put up by them on the channel running through the shops. If the noticees have not obtained any interim order or any order in their favour, the notice dated 30.03.2023 shall be enforced by the second respondent. This shall be done by the second respondent within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. This writ petition stands allowed accordingly. No costs.
