ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- The petitioner, who is arrayed as A1, in Crime No.111 of 2015 on the file of the respondent police, was arrested and remanded to judicial custody on 12.08.2015, for the alleged offences punishable under Section 9M and 10 of the Protection of Children from Sexual Offences Act 2012, r/w. 294(b) and 506(i) of I.P.C., and hence, seeks bail. 2.The case of the prosecution is that on 10.08.2015 at 07.00 p.m., when the daughter of the de-facto complainant was alone in her house, the first accused said to have misbehaved with her and thereafter when it was questioned by the de-facto complainant, the accused have threatened her with dire consequences.

3.The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner is an innocent and he has been falsely implicated in this case.

4.The learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) would submit that A2 and A3 were already arrested and released on bail. 5.Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, this Court is inclined to grant bail to the petitioner with certain conditions. Accordingly, the petitioner is ordered to be released on bail on his executing a bond for a sum of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand only) with two sureties each for a like sum to the satisfaction of the learned Judicial Magistrate, Nilakottai and on further condition that the petitioner shall reside at Trichy and report before the Fort Police https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

Station daily twice ie., at 10.00 a.m and 05.00 p.m., until further orders.
