This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to quash the first information report in Crime No.438 of 2019 on the file of the first respondent police as against the petitioner herein. 2.When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the first respondent would submit that during pendency of this petition, the first respondent police conducted investigation and filed charge sheet. Thereafter, upon completion of trial, the case was ended in acquittal and nothing survives in this petition for consideration.

3.Recording the above submission, this criminal original petition is dismissed as infructuous. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
