This Criminal Original Petition has been filed seeking a direction to the respondents not to harass the petitioner and his family members by interfering in the civil dispute pertaining to the property bearing Door No.44 (present Door No. 175) having 33 https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

feet in the east and west and 7 feet on south and north at Avaniyapuram Main Road, Madurai Town, that too while the civil suit is pending before the District Munsif Court of Madurai Taluk in O.S.No.273 of 2013.

2. Heard the learned Counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) appearing for the respondents.

3.The learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side), on instructions, would submit that petition enquiry has been conducted and closed and hence, there is no question of harassment.

4.In view of the above submission, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed.
