PRAYER IN CMA(MD) No.SR.10540 of 2015 To allow the this Appeal and enhance the compensation awarded in M.C.O.P No.124 of 2007 on the file of the Motor Accidents Tribunal Dated 29.04.2014.

ORDER : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition and the affidavit filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S. This petition is filed to condone the delay of 214 days in filing the above Civil Miscellaneous Appeal.

2.The learned counsel appearing for the respondent has no objection for ordering this petition.

3.Being satisfied with the reasons stated in the supporting affidavit filed for condonation, delay of 214 days is condoned and the petition is ordered on payment of cost of Rs.500/-(Rupees Five Hundred Only) to the Rojavanam Homeless & Aged Care Centre, Melur Road, Uthangudi, Madurai, within a period of one week from the date of receipt of a copy of this order, failing which, this petition shall stand dismissed automatically, without further reference to this Court.
