PRAYER C.R.P.(NPD) (MD) No.213 of 2018:- Civil Revision Petition is filed, under Article 227 of the Constitution of India to set aside the docket order dated 13.11.2017 made in I.A.No.906 of 2017 in O.S.No.22 of 2017 on the file of the District Munsif Court, Virudhunagar.

For Petitioner : Mr.C.Meenakshi Rama Prabu (in both C.R.P) C O M M O N O R D E R These Civil Revision Petitions are filed to set aside the fair and decreetal order dated, 28.11.2017 in I.A.No.906 of 2017 in O.S.No.22 of 2017 and the docket order dated, 13.11.2017 in I.A.No.906 of 2017 in O.S.No.22 of 2017 on the file of the District Munsif Court, Virudhunagar.

2.The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner represented that Trial Court has already imposed a cost of Rs.3,000/- and he could not comply the order in time and therefore, the Trial Court dismissed the petitions. Against which, the present Civil Revision Petitions are filed.

3.Today, when the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner is willing to pay the cost imposed by this Court. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ 4.In view of the status of the case, an additional cost of Rs.500/- is imposed to the petitioner. Hence, Rs.3,500/- is

directed to be paid by the petitioner, within a period of one week from the date of receipt of copy of this order and the trial Court is directed to proceed with the case.

5.With the above directions, these Civil Revision Petitions are disposed of. No cost. Consequently, connected Civil Miscellaneous Petition is also closed.
