This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to direct the 2nd respondent police to file a final report in Cr.No.858 of 2018 dated 04.05.2018.
2.Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor.
3.The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submitted that though respondent has registered a case in the above said crime number on 04.05.2018, no final report is filed till date. 4.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondents submitted that the respondent Police may be permitted to file a final report within a period of two weeks. 5.In view of the above, the second respondent is directed to file a final report, within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order under due intimation to the defacto complainant.
