On a petition filed by the father to bring the person or body of his daughter minor Sundari aged about 17 years, the respondent / Police has secured the minor girl in company of another boy. The said boy been arrested and remanded to judicial custody. 2.

The detenue is produced before this Court. On enquiry, the detenue stated that she wants to go with her parents who are present in Court and they undertake to take care of their daughter. 3.

Recording the same, the Habeas Corpus Petition is disposed of. No costs.
