ORDER
The petitioner herein had filed I.T.C.M.A.No.1 of 2007 before the Sub Court, Pudukkottai and he seeks its expeditious disposal. The learned counsel appearing for the revision petitioner states that service on the respondents is also completed. Therefore, the learned Sub Judge, Pudukkottai, is directed to dispose of I.T.C.M.A.No.1 of 2007 on merits and in accordance with law within a period of three months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. Accordingly, this civil revision petition is allowed. No costs.
