R.SUBRAMANIAN,J AND N.SATHISH KUMAR,J The father of the detenue seeks production of the person of her daughter.

2. The detenu is aged about 22 years. She appeared along with the third respondent and his parents. She would state that she is in love with the third respondent and she wishes to marry him. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ 1/2

H.C.P.(MD) No.153 of 2022 She does not want to go with her parents. We also intracted with the third respondent and his parents. The parents of the third respondent would state that they approved the relationship and they would perform their marriage, after the third respondent completes his education, in about 6 months. The father of the third respondent also assures that he would take care of the detenue, till his son gets a job.

3. The detenue is a major and she expressed her unwillingness to go with her parents.

4. Recording the statement made by the father of the third respondent that they would take care of the detenue, this Habeas Corpus Petition is closed.
