2.The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner has been complying with the condition imposed by this court regularly from 19.06.2023. 3.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor submitted that the petitioner has been complying with the condition regularly and investigation is pending. 4.Considering the nature of offence, the condition imposed by this court in Crl.M.P.(MD)No.14643 of 2023 on 16.10.2023 is modified to the effect that the 2/4

petitioner shall report before the concerned Police Station once in a month i.e., on the first working day of every English calendar month at 10.30 a.m., until further orders.
