O R D E R

The petitioner has come forward with this petition seeking for a direction, directing the respondent to file FIR on the basis of the complaint dated 10.06.2015.

2. The learned Government Advocate(Crl. Side), on instructions, would submit that based on the complaint given by the petitioner dated 10.06.2015, a case in Crime No.295 of 2015 was registered by the respondent for the offences punishable under Sections 147, 148, 341, 294 (b) and 506(ii) IPC.

3. In view of the above stated position, the respondent is directed to investigate the case in Crime No.295 of 2015 and file a final report in accordance with law, as expeditiously as possible.

4. This Criminal Original Petition is disposed of with the above direction.
