RESPONDENT/RESPONDENT/RESPONDENT Petition filed praying that in the circumstances stated therein and in the petition filed therewith the High Court may be pleased to relax the condition imposed on the petitioners made in Cr.MP.No.16136/2022 in Crl.OP(MD)No.19874/2022 dt.22/12/2022. Order : This petition coming up for orders on this day, upon perusing the petition filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.BAIRAVAN K, Advocate for the petitioner and of MR.M.VEERANTHIRAN, Government Advocate (Criminal Side) on behalf of the Respondent, the court made the following order:- This Petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed in Crl.M.P(MD) No.16136 of 2022 in Crl.O.P(MD).No.19874 of 2022, dated 22.12.2022.
2.The learned counsel for the petitioners would submit that the petitioners have been complying with the conditions regularly and hence, he seek for relaxation of the condition. 3.The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) appearing for the respondent would submit that the petitioners have been complying with the conditions.

CRL MP(MD) No.1567 of 2023 (*)4.Considering the said submission, the condition imposed by this Court in Crl.M.P.(MD)No.16136 of 2022 in Crl.O.P.(MD)No.19874 of 2022, dated 22.12.2022 is modified to the effect that the petitioners 6 to 8 alone shall report before the respondent Police once in a month i.e., on the first Saturday of every English Calender month at 10.30 am until further orders and the petitioners 1 to 5 shall report before the respondent police as and when required for interrogation, on issuance of summons. 5.With the above direction, this Criminal Miscellaneous Petition is ordered.
