To call for the records pertaining to the conviction and sentence passed in S.C.No.6 of 2018 on the file of the learned Principal Sessions Court, Theni datd 16.08.2022 and set aside the same as illegal.

Order : This petition coming up for orders on this day, upon perusing the petition filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.ARPUTHARAJ A, Advocate for the petitioner and of MR.R.SURESH KUMAR, Government Advocate (Crl.Side), on behalf of the Respondent, the court made the following order:- This Criminal Miscellaneous Petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner on 29.11.2022 in Crl.M.P. (MD).No.14187 of 2022 in Crl.A.(MD).No.645 of 2022. 2.By the above said order, this Court directed the petitioner to appear before the concerned Court on daily at 10.30 a.m. until further orders.

CRL MP(MD) No.2027 of 2023 3.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor submitted that the petitioner has complied the condition before the trial Court regularly.

4.In view of the submission made by the learned Additional Public Prosecutor the condition imposed on the petitioner is modified to the effect that the petitioner shall appear before the concerned trial Court once in three months at 10.30 p.m., until further orders.
