ORDER

This Civil Revision Petition is filed to direct the learned District Munsif-cum-Judicial Magistrate, Kodaikanal to dispose of O.S.No.71 of 2006 expeditiously and within a time frame that may be fixed by this Court.

2.Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner. 3.Having regard to the fact that the suit was pending from the year 2006, this Court is of the view that the suit was unnecessarily dragged on for more than 12 years and Considering the 'B' diary extract, this Court is of the opinion that a direction by this Court for early disposal of the suit will be in the interest of justice. 4.As a result, this civil revision petition is allowed and the learned District Munsif-cum-Judicial Magistrate, Kodaikanal is directed to expedite the trial and dispose of the case in O.S.No.71 of 2006 within a period of six months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
