Heard the learned counsel on either side.

2. The Writ petitioner submitted an application dated 08.05.2018 seeking information with regard to four queries. Since the said application did not elicit any response, he filed an appeal and a second appeal before the Information Commission. The Information Commission by an order dated 04.10.2018 directed the third respondent herein to furnish the information sought for by the petitioner herein. Pursuant to the aforesaid order passed by the Information Commission, the third respondent has given information vide memorandum dated 09.10.2018. The grievance of the petitioner is that the replies given by the third respondent does not answer the queries raised by him.

3. I am in full agreement with the aforesaid submission of the learned counsel appearing for the Writ petitioner. Therefore, the third respondent is directed to furnish the information sought for by the Writ petitioner vide his application dated 08.05.2018. Such an information shall be given within a period of ten weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
