ORDER
This writ petition has been filed for a mandamus directing the respondent to register the sale deed to different persons as per the order of the District Collector in %.%.vk;.1/32582/2015 dated 08.01.2019 in Survey No.692/1 of Kaliel Village now Kadayal village regarding the remaining area, in the light of the petitioner's representation dated 30.08.2019.
2. The grievance expressed by the petitioner is that he has been orally informed by the respondent that he has to alienate his property under a single sale deed. In fact, he had sent a representation on 30.08.2019 to the respondent expressing his inability to execute a single sale deed, since the properties, which are sought to be sold are scattered and no single party is coming forward to purchase the property. Though the petitioner has not substantiated this statement, however, the petitioner has proved the receipt of representation by the respondent, which has not been denied by the respondent. Be that as it may, the learned Additional
Government Pleader has now informed the Court that such a demand has not been made by the Sub-Registrar and further, the Sub-Registrar has no objection to register several sale deeds and he was not insisting upon the properties being sold under a single sale deed.
3. In view of the above, this Writ Petition is disposed of directing the respondent to register the sale deeds within a period of four weeks from the date on which the petitioner presents the same. No costs. 15.03.2023 NCC : Yes/No Index : Yes/No Internet : Yes abr To The Sub Registrar, Arumanai Sub Registrar Office, Arumanai, Arumanai Village, Vilavancode Taluk, Kanyakumari District.
