MARIMUTHU, Advocate for the petitioner and of Mr.K.ANBARASAN, Government Advocate (Crl.Side) on behalf of the Respondent, the court made the following order:- The Petitioners filed this petition for relaxing the condition imposed by this Court for the offences punishable under Sections 379, 4(1)(1A) of IPC, Section 21(1) and Section 21(1) of Mines and Minerals (Development and Regulations) Act, 1957, in Crime No.588 of 2017, while granting bail.

2.Heard the learned Counsel appearing for the petitioners. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ 3.The learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) submitted that the petitioners are complying with the condition regularly for

a period of 31 days.

4.Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, the condition already imposed on the petitioners are modified to the effect that the petitioners shall appear before the concerned Court once in a week i.e., on every Monday at 10.30 a.m until further orders.
