This Criminal Original petition has been filed to direct the learned III Additional District Judge, Special Court for PCR Cases, Madurai to consider the bail petition filed by the petitioner on merits on the same day in connection with Crime No.86 of 2019 on the file of the 2nd respondent police.

2. When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor submitted that the present petitioner is A2 in Crime No.86 of 2019 and he has already been arrested.

3. In view of the above submission, the petitioner is well advised to move the concerned Special Court for SC/ST Cases for appropriate remedies. Accordingly, this criminal original petition is closed.
