RESPONDENT/COMPLAINANT Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein and in the petition filed therewith the High Court will be pleased to pass an order relaxing the bail condition imposed on the petitioners by this Honourable Court dated 24/07/2017 made in Crl.O.P(MD).No.9543/2017 of directing them to report before the Respondent Police once in a week connection with Crime No.79/2017 on the file of the Inspector of Police, Thangachimadam Police Station, Ramanathapuram District forthwith.

Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.J.SANKARAPANDIAN Advocate for the petitioner and of MR.K.ANBARASAN, Government Advocate(Crl.Side) on behalf of the Respondents the court made the following order:- The Petitioners filed this petition for relaxing the condition imposed by this Court for the offences punishable under Sections 147, 148, 149, 294(b), 341, 336, 324, 353, 307 and 506(ii) of IPC in Crime No.79 of 2017, while granting bail.

2.Heard the learned Counsel appearing for the petitioners. 3.The learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) submitted that the petitioners are complying with the condition regularly for a period of sixteen weeks.

4.Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, the condition already imposed on the petitioners are relaxed and the petitioners shall appear before the respondent police, as and when required for interrogation on receipt of summons. This petition is ordered.
