JUDGMENT

The writ appeal has been filed challenging the order passed in W.P.(MD) No. 15614 of 2021. The show-cause notice dated 05.08.2021 issued by the first respondent in the writ petition was under challenge. Learned Single Judge was pleased to dispose of the said writ petition with certain observations. 2.

When the matter is taken up for hearing, learned counsel appearing for the appellant submitted that the final order has been passed by the respondents in the appeal pursuant to the show-cause notice issued on 05.08.2021 and therefore nothing survives for consideration in this writ appeal. 4.
