The learned Counsel appearing for the Petitioner submits that the Petitioner had filed this petition seeking a direction against the Respondents 1 and 2 not to harass her on the basis of the complaint given by the third Respondent.
2. It is the contention of the learned Counsel appearing for the Petitioner that the Petitioner had borrowed a sum of Rs.3,00,000/- in the year 2021 from the third Respondent and she had repaid the same along with interest in one and a half years of time. Still, the third Respondent is insisting her to pay the money by giving a complaint to the Respondents 1 and 2.
3. The learned Government Advocate (Crl. side) appearing for the Respondents 1 and 2 on instructions submits that the third Respondent had not preferred any complaint.
4. It is the contention of the learned Counsel appearing for the Petitioner that the Petitioner sought for extension of time for repayment of 2/5
entire balance. Apprehending that the third Respondent might have approach the second Respondent, this petition has been filed.

Recording the submissions of the learned Counsel appearing for the Petitioner and the learned Government Advocate (Crl. side) appearing for the Respondents 1 and 2, the Respondents 1 and 2 are directed if any petition is received from the third Respondent, they shall act as per the circular of the Director General of Police, Head of State Police Force, Tamil Nadu State, Chennai -4 issued in Rc.No.892914/X1/2020, dated 12.03.2021. Any violation of the circular of Director General of Police, Tamil Nadu, will attract Departmental action against the Respondents 1 and
2. The Respondents 1 and 2 are warned accordingly.
6. With the above direction, this Criminal Original Petition stands disposed of.
