RESPONDENT/RESPONDENT Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein and in the petition filed therewith the High Court will be pleased to relax the condition imposed in Crl.O.P.(MD).No.12939 of 2017 dated 27.09.2017 on the file of this Honourable High Court Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.M.KARUNANITHI, Advocate for the petitioner and of MR.K.ANBARASAN, Government Advocate (Crl.side) on behalf of the Respondent the court made the following order:- The Petitioners filed this petition for relaxing the condition imposed by this Court for the offences punishable under Sections 147, 148, 341, 294(b), 324 and 506(ii) of IPC @ Sections 147, 109, 341, 294(b), 323, 506(ii) and 302 of IPC, in Crime No.239 of 2017, while granting anticipatory bail.

2.Heard the learned Counsel appearing for the petitioners. 3.The learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) submitted that the petitioners are complying with the condition regularly for a period of 40 days.

4.Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, the condition already imposed on the petitioners are modified to the effect that the petitioners shall appear before the respondent police twice a week i.e., on every Monday and Friday at 10.30 a.m until further orders.
