J U D G M E N T

(Order of the Court was delivered by G.R.SWAMINATHAN, J.) When the writ appeal filed by the Department was taken up for hearing, the learned counsel for the writ petitioner submitted that he may be allowed to withdraw the writ petition itself. Since the writ petition is dismissed as withdrawn, the order dated 15.02.2022 passed by the learned single Judge in W.P.(MD)No.2621 of 2013 does not survive any longer. The writ petitioner is at liberty to pursue the remedy by filing review before the Government. If any such review application is filed within a period of three weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order, the same will be entitled without reference to limitation and dealt with on merits. This writ appeal stands disposed of. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
