O R D E R

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to direct the first respondent to entrust the case in Crime No.224 of 2013, pertaining to S.C.No.77 of 2014, on the file of the Principal District and Sessions Court, Pudukottai to some other competent investigating Officer for reinvestigation / further investigation and to file additional final report in the same within a time frame to be stipulated by this Court.

2.The prayer sought for by the petitioner in this Criminal Original Petition cannot be considered. However, the petitioner is at liberty to approach the trial Court to invoke Sections 216 and https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ 319 Cr.P.C., and the trial Court is directed to consider the same in

accordance with law, if any incriminating evidence is available to add the offences or to add the accused persons. 3.Accordingly, the Criminal Original Petition stands disposed of with the above directions.
