12346/2021, dated 17/12/2021, this Court made the following order: This matter is listed today under the caption 'for extension of time' on the letter received from the learned Additional District Judge, Fast Track Court (FAC), Nagercoil, seeking extension of four months time to dispose of the suit in O.S.No.34 of 2012. 2.Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and also the reasons assigned by the learned Additional District Judge, Fast Track Court (FAC), Nagercoil, this Court is inclined to extend the time as requested by the learned Additional District Judge, Fast https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.

Track Court (FAC), Nagercoil, by four months and accordingly, it is extended by four months from the date of receipt of communication of this order from the Registry.
