Today, this case is listed under the caption "for being mentioned", at the instance of the learned Counsel for the petitioners.

2. It is submitted by the learned counsel for the petitioners that this Court, by order dated 05.03.2026 in Crl.O.P.(MD).No.1368 of 2026, granted anticipatory bail to the petitioners. He further submitted that, in Crime No.30 of 2025, a section alteration report has been filed and Sections 3(1)(r), 3(1)(s), and 3(2)(Va) of the SC/ST (POA) Act have been added. The said case in Crime No. 30 of 2025 has been transferred to the learned Special Sessions Judge (FAC), Special Court for Trial of SC/ST (POA) Act cases, Pudukottai. Hence, he prays that this Court may incorporate the said sections and modify the name of the satisfaction court in the order passed in Crl.O.P.(MD) No.1368 of 2026 dated 05.03.2026, and issue a fresh copy of the order to the parties.

3. Considering the submissions made by the learned Counsel for the petitioner, Registry is directed to carryout the following corrections: 1/3

i) Add the following sections in Paragraph No.1 'Sections 3(1)(r), 3(1) (s), and 3(2)(Va) of the SC/ST (POA) Act' in the order made in Crl.O.P. (MD).No.1368 of 2026 dated 05.03.2026.

ii) Wherever the words 'learned Judicial Magistrate, Avudaiyarkovil' appeared in the order made in Crl.O.P.(MD).No.1368 of 2026 dated 05.03.2026 and replace the same with the words 'learned Special Sessions Judge (FAC), Special Court for Trial of SC/ST(POA) Act Cases, Pudukottai.

4. Registry is directed to rectify the above errors in the order made in Crl.O.P.(MD).No.1368 of 2026 dated 05.03.2026 and issue fresh order copy immediately.
