Side) PETITION FOR ANTICIPATORY BAIL Under Sec. 438 Cr.P.C. ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- The petitioner, who arrayed as A4 apprehends arrest at the hands of the respondent police for the alleged offence punishable under Section 8(c) r/w 20(b)(ii)(c) r/w 25 and 29 of NDPS Act in Crime No.140/2013 and hence, seek anticipatory bail. 2.The case of the prosecution is that on 18.6.2013 when the respondent Police conducted a raid the Petitioner was found in possession of 2 Kgs of Ganja.

3.The learned counsel for the Petitioner submitted that the petitioner is innocent and on the confession of accused No.5, he had been falsely implicated in this case.

4.The learned Government Advocate(Crl.side)would submit that the Petitioner was found in possession of 2 kgs of ganja.

5. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, I am inclined to enlarge the petitioner on anticipatory bail. Accordingly, the petitioner is ordered to be released on bail in the event of arrest or on his appearance before the learned Additional Sessions Judge for Principal district and Special Sessions Judge for EC and NDPS Act Cases, Madurai and on executing a bond for a sum of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees ten thousand only) with two sureties each for a like sum to the satisfaction to the learned https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

Magistrate concerned and on further condition that the first petitioner shall appear before the respondent police daily twice at 10.30 a.m and 5.30 p.m until further orders. The petitioner shall comply with the condition stipulated under Section 438 Cr.P.C. Scrupulously.

6. The petitioner shall appear before the concerned Magistrate within a period of 15 days from the date on which the order copy made ready failing which, the petition for anticipatory bail stands dismissed.
