To set aside the Fair and Decreetal order passed by the Family Court, Madurai in H.M.O.P.No.473/2010 dated 22.03.2016. ORDER : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition and the affidavit filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.D.SENTHIL, Advocate for the petitioner and Mr.S.MAHESH BABU, Advocate for sole Respondent and the court made the following order:- (Order of the Court was made by K.KALYANASUNDARAM,J.) This petition is filed to condone the delay of 96 days in filing the above Appeal.

2.Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner. The learned counsel appearing for the respondent has no serious objection for allowing this petition.

3.Being satisfied with the reasons stated in the supporting affidavit filed for condonation, delay of 96 days is condoned and the petition is ordered on payment of cost of Rs.500/- (Rupees Five Hundred only) to the Mediation and Conciliation Centre attached to this Bench, within a period of two weeks from today, failing which, this petition shall stand dismissed automatically, without further reference to this Court.
